An Intercultural Gathering by Yeni Dünya Foundation: “Syria Country Introduction

The “Syria Country Introduction” event, organized by Yeni Dünya Foundation, was held with rich and carefully prepared presentations by our Syrian students. This special event provided an opportunity to explore Syria’s cultural, historical, and social richness—spanning from its ancient civilizations to the present day.

Throughout the event, participants were offered a wide-ranging perspective on Syria, from its historic cities and architectural marvels to its traditions and artistic heritage. The presentations delivered by Syrian students effectively conveyed the country’s cultural diversity and deep-rooted history. Accompanying this enriching experience were traditional Syrian dishes, each with its own story and distinct flavor, which added a special and memorable touch to the gathering.

In this meaningful event, people from diverse backgrounds came together to create a warm and sincere atmosphere. The intercultural bridge built through this gathering not only served to inform, but also to foster friendship and mutual understanding.
